How much does it cost to get a document notarized?

Our base price is $50. This includes the first two notary stamps - additional stamps are $10 each. The exact cost will depend on your document and any additional services needed such as real estate closings, estate planning documents, providing witnesses, and travel outside our 20 mile home radius.

What is a notary public?

A notary public is an official appointed by the state government to witness and certify the signing of legal documents. We are not attorneys and are not able to give legal advice.

What are the benefits of using The Bumblebee Solution Notary?

We offer convenient and reliable notary services that are available on weekends and evenings. We will come to your location or meet at a convenient public location (like a coffee shop or library) within 20 miles of our home base at no additional charge.

How do I know if you have a notary near me? How can I estimate what that travel charge might be?

Can you notarize documents in a language other than English?

No, at this time we do not offer notary services in any language other than English. A notary is only able to notarize a document in a foreign language as long as the notary is fluent in the language and the document is in a language the notary can read and understand.

How long does it take to get a document notarized?

The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized. Is The Bumblebee Solution Notary insured?

Yes, we are bonded and insured for errors and omissions to protect our clients in case of any mistakes or errors during the notarization process.

What items do I need to have to get a document notarized?

You will need to show a valid government-issued ID, the document to be notarized, and any other necessary paperwork or forms. Any witnesses required by your document(s) will also need to bring a valid government-issued ID.

What are the services offered by The Bumblebee Solution Notary?

We offer a range of notary public services, including notarizing documents, administering oaths and affirmations, and certifying copies of documents, and guiding a home buyer/seller through closing documents.

What types of documents can you notarize?

We can notarize a variety of documents, including affidavits, power of attorney (POA), wills, deeds, trust documents, property & Escrow documents, child custody documents, divorce documents, and more.

Can you notarize documents remotely?

At this time, we do not offer remote online notarizations (RONs). We will meet you at your location or we can determine a mutually acceptable location such as a coffee shop or library.

Can I fill out the paperwork before you arrive?

It is best to wait to complete your documents until we are with you. Some documents can be confusing. You are welcome to email a scan of your documents to us to review prior to your appointment at susan.@bumblebeesolution.com

Do you provide witnesses? Who can be a witness?

We can provide witnesses for you. There is an additional fee of $25 per witness. Many documents require two witnesses and specify the witness cannot be related to the signer(s) by blood, adoption, or marriage.
